E2W’s many clients across the City are all on the journey to gender parity, but they’re not all at the same stage.
We’re starting a series of company profiles that will draw on E2W opinion, publicly available data such as gender pay gap reports and women in finance charter commitments and comments from the companies themselves in order to showcase the City vanguards of gender diversity, those that are making good progress on their diversity journey.
