Whilst we dedicate ourselves to helping and supporting women, mostly at the top of the social and economic ladder, we are aware that there are women in our society without the advantages and privilege enjoyed by many.
In April 2019 we were introduced to the Young Women’s Trust and were amazed at the work they do to help Young Women who are struggling to live on low or no pay, to get into work that is right for them. The Young Women’s Trust offers these women support similar to that we offer you, our members. The Young Women's Trust offers free coaching and personalised advice on job applications, conducts research, runs campaigns and works with young women to build confidence and advocate for fair financial futures.
The Young Women’s Trust are very concerned that there are over 1 million young women across the country struggling because they are out of work or trapped in a low paid job.
Their vision is that all young women should have the opportunity to work and thrive.
We are absolutely delighted to be partnered with the Young Women’s Trust supporting their fantastic work and mission. We hold very similar values to the Young Women’s Trust and share a commitment to gender equality in the work place. The Young Women's Trust provide CV services, career coaching and grants to support young women, which we are excited to get involved and help with.
The E2W community will be volunteering, fundraising, helping to raise awareness and of course donating to The Young Women's Trust.
You can make a donation via your mobile by texting E2WCHARITY and the number of pounds you wish to donate, to 70085. This costs your donation fee plus your standard network rate. To donate £10 simply text E2WCHARITY 10 to 70085. You can donate any whole amount up to £20.
Mark, Katie, Robyn, Gemma, Charlie and Kate from the E2W team and their friends and family, have volunteered to take part in this challenge to raise as much money as possible for E2W's nominated charity The Young Women's Trust.

How you can get involved!
Please sponsor and help us raise as much money as possible for this amazing cause. Every pound you donate makes a difference to the lives of the young women, supported by this charity.
Robyn and Kate from the team are avid runners, often taking part in half and full marathons, so come with great experience to take on this course. Katie, Charlie, Gemma and Mark....well I'm sure you wish them luck!
Mark wont let you forget he is infact a Guiness World Record Holder for a Water Polo challenege. Unfortunately, his record breaking won't come in handy here!
E2W will be involved in a number of fundraising events over the next 12 months. We would love for you to sponsor our colleagues, members and friends to help raise money for the Young Women’s Trust. If you are planning to get involved with a sponsored event for charity, we’d love for you to represent the Young Women’s Trust to raise money for their great cause.
We are asking our community to commit to a few hours per month to review and provide advice on CV’s, assist with job applications and give support to young women who are in the process of actively applying and interviewing for new opportunities. We want to put them in a position where they have the best possible chance of success. If you would like to register as a volunteer, please contact Katie.
We will be running different initiatives over the next year to help The Young Women's Trust achieve their target to help 10,00 young women. We are asking you to become as involved as you can, by fundraising, raising awareness and donating.
