Celebrate, Understand, Support and Champion - Ethnic, Cultural and Social Diversity

E2W members are an amazing community of women pursuing careers in financial services. We have championed and supported these women for almost twenty years because, improving the opportunities and their chances of progressing in their careers is vital on so many levels. Closing the gender gap is our ultimate mission.

We are proud of the ethnic, cultural and social diversity with our membership and have had many discussions about how we celebrate, understand, support and champion this. Today at our weekly members coffee break, we held a discussion and decided that we would do two things - have more conversations and take some positive action.

The conversation continues with our next Alpha Challengers Champions of Diversity Event in July. Please join the conversation.

The first positive action we agreed to take was to sign a petition to persuade the government to Introduce Mandatory Ethnicity Pay Gap Reporting along side Gender Pay Gap Reporting.
