National Inclusion Week 2022

We have been celebrating #nationalinclusionweek2022 this week with the help of some Men for Inclusion and E2W members.
On Wednesday 28th September, we hosted a coffee break where we had an open discussion around the theme of the week. We posed various questions to our members and reflected on the difference between diversity and inclusion and the importance of understanding this. We also discussed hidden diversities that are not always visible and how to ensure managers and employers creative an inclusive environment for all.
E2W is a community of women in Financial Services. Our community is a supportive and progressive group, enabling and encouraging our members to grow and thrive with their careers. Being part of our membership allows you to network, learn, mentor and coach one another. Everything we do, is to support you and your career.
Men for Inclusion are bringing together men who already understand the benefits of diversity and want to accelerate towards a more inclusive world and workplace. Together we can learn and co-operate with each other through our events and workshops. Together we can be agents of change supporting our colleagues who face greater challenges due to being members of under represented groups.
