Mark contributes to the Euromoney ‘Finance is Female’ discussions.
Last week, E2W’s Mark Freed was pleased to speak on a Euromoney Panel, analysing The Gender Pay Gap Report accompanied by, Mandy DeFilippo, Morgan Stanley and Amanda Pullinger, 100 Women in Finance. Euromoney has written up a follow up article on the virtual panel. You can view the article here.
Research by Mark, shows that of the 61 corporate and investment banks and asset managers, that only four in the UK – are on track to close their pay gaps this decade. Mark has long been researching this topic, therefore does not find the disappointing results suprising.
