This week, we are celebrating our fantastic Head of Recruitment, Sintta Callman's 1 year anniversay at E2W. If you don't already know Sinitta, here is a bit about her...
Diversity & Inclusion is my passion! Helping women flourish is what I love doing! As a woman of colour and a working mother I know first hand some of the struggles people face in the workplace. That is why I am part of the E2W team which was created to create a unique solution to a common problem faced by women pursuing careers in financial services.
We are also celebrating another successful placement made by Sinitta and her team, as another E2W member started her new and exciting role on Monday. This member has kindly shared her experiences of working with the E2W recruitment team.
It was a great pleasure working with Sinitta. She is very dedicated and diligent. She cares and takes the time to listen to her clients and understand their needs and requirements. She kept me informed and helped me throughout the hiring process, ensuring everything was properly organised. I couldn't thank Sinitta and E2W enough for securing me a role at my current employer and negotiating on my behalf, getting a fantastic package that she believes that I deserve.
