How do we successfully network in a world of remote working?

Engaging with peers is essential for a successful career. How will you network in world where half of us working from home and the other half in the office? How can E2W support our members' networking activities within and beyond our vibrant community?
The past year has brought about unprecedented changes in the way we work, connect and engage with each other. Some of those changes are likely to become permanent as many firms are embracing hybrid models which combine working remotely and in the office.
Amelie Chowna, an E2W Alpha Challenger Advisory board member, firmly believes that networking and engaging with peers is essential for a successful career.
Amelie would like to find out if you feel that there are ways to do this more efficiently and inclusively? She is interested in talking to active networkers to seek out ideas on how they feel that their networking experience can be enhanced, and also to members who do not frequently engage in order to understand the hurdles that they are facing.
Following that, she would like to leverage her research into ideas and suggestions on how E2W can support our members' networking activities within and beyond our vibrant community.
