I am joining an impressive list of speakers at the European Women in Finance Conference in Amsterdam in a couple of weeks.
I will be presenting 'Moving from Why to How'
Week after week, there are always articles about the lack of women at the top within the banking finance sector, not just within Europe, but on a global scale. They repeatedly point to the same statistics and lack of progress on the underlying issues. Why is this still a problem in the 21st Century? Everybody knows the business case for gender diversity and inclusion, the discussion we now need to have is how do we implement strategies and achieve success?
