E2W member, Miren-Edurne De Frutos, creates Government petition to support Neurodiversity. Please read Miren's statement below:

This is something extremely close to my heart which affects 15% of the UK population, so it would be much appreciated if you could kindly sign and share with your respective networks. Early diagnosis is half the battle and can significantly improve the quality of life of both students and parents, while also giving every child the best start in life.
Relating this to community and Financial Services, a movement is starting where organisations are openly accepting Neurodiverse individuals and recognise the importance of diverse teams. For example, Financial Management have produced an article explaining:
Finance teams have a lot to gain from neurodivergent individuals who are exceptional in different areas and who can deliver products and services that also speak to a wider diversity of customers and pain points." “Yet it is likely that many finance leaders are attracting similar brains or ‘hiring in their own like’, and maybe missing out on different and innovative perspectives. Full article can be viewed here.
Please follow the link to sign the petition to show your support.
