E2W Alpha Challengers support the WSA Mentorship Scheme

E2W Alpha Challengers
Alpha Challengers are a sub-group of the E2W membership who embarked on their financial services careers less than ten years ago. They have started to climb the ladder of success and are ambitious and want to reach the top. E2W are supporting and helping the next generation of female leaders to grow, flourish and achieve their ambitions is an imperative if we are going to change the industry for good.
E2W are delighted to be working with the Women Societies Alliance by offering to support their mentorship scheme. The Alpha Challengers are volunteering to mentor young women from the WSA to support their career ambitions, have opportunities to ask questions and help them flourish during their time at University.
Women Societies Alliance
The WSA supports university female students and one of the great ways they support their young women is by offering them to be part of a mentorship scheme. The students will have a chance to be mentored by full-time female working professionals from our sponsor firms, including venture capital, private equity, bank & hedge fund.
We are really pleased to be supporting the next generation of female talent into financial services and welcome them to join E2W in the future.
