My thoughts on careers for women in FX

I attended an event a few weeks ago promoting careers in FX for women.
One thing I learnt from the panellists of senior figures is that, the FX sector was a male dominated, macho, tetestrone fuelled industry in the past but it's ok now! This got me thinking...
It’s little wonder financial services has such an embarrassing lack of women at the top when the industry does not have a proposition that says come and pursue your career here, our culture will enable you to succeed, flourish, be valued, you will be able to bring your self to work. Our working practices will support you and enable you.
Being ok now is not enough...
