A firm by firm analysis of how the Investment and Savings and Corporate and Investment Banking sectors are progressing to close the gender pay gap.

The above image is supposed to illustrate how I may look in 2050, compared with recently. The picture is a bit of fun, which of course gender inequality is not. I hope having spent the last few decades of my life championing gender parity in financial services that I will still be alive to see the immense changes and opportunity that gender parity brings for all, Men and Women. I also hope that I look like the picture – I think the ‘ageing’ technology flattered me.

Given the commitments to gender parity in Financial Services progress is still very slow and at current pace we are on target to close the gap in around 30 years time.
