We are so delighted to share the exciting news that Sinitta and I are taking on the roles of ambassadors at The Diversity Project.
As many of you know, I am the engagement manager at E2W and work very closely with our members and wider community. Working for E2W is a real priviledge, as not only do I get to manage our community and work with inspirational individuals, I am also able to share my passion for diversity and inclusion, in an organisation that is constantly striving to make positive changes.
I will be joining the social mobility work stream at The Diversity Project, where I will be working alongside inspiring leaders from different organisations, to help make a difference and positive change in the wider industry.
E2W's head of recruitment, Sinitta works incredibly hard to support our members and community into roles where they will be truly happy and flourish in their careers. Sinitta also works very closely with our clients to help them recruit and retain more diverse talent.
Sinitta will be joining the race and ethnicity workstream, where she will be passionately supporting the other ambassadors to help ogranisations create a more inclusive and diverse work force.
