Leaders Plus Fellowship Autumn 2024 Cohort (cross-sector) - Only One Week Left To Apply

tara.stanley / 05 Nov 2024

Parents – Progress Your Career with the Leaders Plus Fellowship - Apply by 12th November

With the application deadline one week away, there's still time to apply for our Cross-Sector Fellowship.

Our previous Fellows have described this experience as "life-transforming"; over half have been promoted since starting the programme.

Each cohort's success is carefully measured, and the results from our 2023 cohort speak for themselves:

  • 63% of the cohort were promoted or took on more senior responsibility.
  • 58% of the cohort saw a pay increase, with the average salary increase being 9%.
  • 92% of the cohort reported increased confidence in overcoming barriers in balancing childcare and career development.
  • 83% of Fellows saw an increase in satisfaction with their work and life balance.

As part of the 9-month Fellowship, you get a senior leader Mentor, expert career development support, group coaching, a supportive cross-sector network of peers and practical tools to overcome work/life hurdles.

The Fellowship is accessible to all parents, regardless of family setup, with children aged 0-18 and the sessions can be accessed either online or in a mix of online and face-to-face delivery.

What our Fellow’s say:

Hear from Leaders Plus Cross-Sector Alumni Adele Tharani, Laura Louise OReilly and Gavin James who share their advice for someone considering applying.
