So let's celebrate! This week our recruitment team have helped three of our members secure offers for new roles. In doing so they have helped two clients find and recruit the ‘best person for the job’ and also help their firm become more successful by becoming more diverse, along with all the other benefits associated with recruiting more women into senior roles.
The clients have very different recruitment strategies:
The first firm, who incidentally made offers to two candidates, is a midtier Investment Bank. Almost as a matter of course they release senior level roles to E2W. We work alongside their own inhouse recruiters who are also tasked with finding external candidates. This firm is investing in diversity and making choices that move the dial. They have had 10 open senior roles in the last quarter, we worked on eight of them. On average, 3 of our candidates got interviewed for each role and we have made 4 placements. Our combined efforts mean that over half of their senior level hires have been women.
The second firm, is a major global bank. They engaged E2W to help and support them recruit more women into the business. They currently have over 150 open vacancies advertised on their website. In the last three months they have released a single role to us, for which we made a placement. A 100% record! The question is will they make diversity a priority in future and release more roles to E2W.
