The Women in Finance Charter Blueprint 2022 shared research that it takes 40 days longer to recruit a female senior manager than it does a man. They then ran a survey that suggested that 22% of best in class signatories had built hiring timelines with appropriate lead times to find female candidates. This is something E2W have been advocating for years. Our recruitment team prides itself on our expertise in recruiting more women into firms.
Is it that there are no (qualified) female candidates at experienced and senior levels, or that your recruitment processes do not allow the time to find them? Gender neutral job specs, blind C.V.’s and diverse shortlists and hiring panels are not the answer to TIME.
