Evolving and adaptive technology is driving and transforming business every day and rapid technological developments have provided vast areas of new opportunity and potential sources of efficiency for organisations of all size.
E2W have launched the Technology Team where members benefit from a safe and collaborative environment in which to discuss and share experiences with other members who are industry practitioners in the technology space. The meeting on Friday 4th was supported by members bringing a broad range of experience from firms including SimCorp, Barclays, Fidelity, Ruffer, DB, Tabb Group, CS, Red Deer, and Equiniti.
The trends highlighted were Cyber security, Block Chain, Cloud direction, Artificial Intelligence / Robots and Social Networking. Understanding the different perspectives of participants and their main objectives is key to making this a worthwhile, productive and successful collaboration. This was evident in our introductions and the experience shared was valuable and also exciting for the whole team moving forward. Discussion was lively and engaging.
