Parents – Progress Your Career with the Leaders Plus Fellowship - Apply by 29th October
We are supporting friends of E2W, Leaders Plus, who have successful helped some E2W members with their career development since becoming parents.
Have you been told that it’s impossible to progress your ambitious career while raising young children?
Do you disagree that one must take a back seat while you prioritise the other?
Could you benefit from a support network of parents like you, and a senior leader Mentor who has navigated this intense period of life already, and can share experience and practical tips to help you?
The award-winning, 9-month Leaders Plus Fellowship exists to support parents who want to continue progressing their career on their terms, while raising young children.
The programme includes a dedicated senior leader Mentor, expert career development support, group coaching, a supportive cross-sector network of peers and practical tools to overcome work/life hurdles.
Previous Fellows have described their time on the Leaders Plus Fellowship as “life-transforming”.
60% of the Spring 2022 Fellows got promoted or given extra senior responsibility by the end of the programme, with 56% of them securing a payrise. 90% of them also reported an increase in their confidence in balancing their career with looking after their children.
The Fellowship is accessible to all parents, regardless of family setup, with children aged 0-11 and the sessions can be accessed either online or in a mix of online and face-to-face delivery. Previous Fellows have even participated while on maternity/ parental leave, benefitting from dedicated time to think about how they want to return to work and how their priorities will refocus.
For the first time this Autumn, the programme will be running a dedicated cohort (online) for those in the Eastern Time Zone. This is in addition to groups running both hybrid and online in the UK and Europe.
