Melanie Eagle: “E2W embraces flexible working, allowing me to continue my career in financial services.”

Katie.Dix / 26 Apr 2019

Melanie Eagle has been with E2W’s Outsourcing Team for eighteen months and in that time she has demonstrated her experience of financial services, professionalism and versatility with our clients.

Melanie’s career started in banking – first UBS, then Morgan Stanley and finally JP Morgan Chase before she took a career break. During her time with these top tier banks, she worked in Operations, Middle Office and Product Development. Melanie took a career break to raise a family and during that time she helped out on the school PTA and carried out some charity work.

Since she has been with E2W, Melanie has predominantly worked on projects for the London Stock Exchange – the LEI and UnaVista projects. Both of these involve varied skill sets and responsibilities which Melanie has executed with great aplomb - communicating with external and internal clients, attention to detail, team work and self-motivation.

For Melanie, working for E2W, an employer which embraces flexible working whilst still being a part of the financial services’ industry, allows her to continue her career and brings with it personal fulfilment too.

E2W's Project Business Process Outsourcing

Sometimes, outsourcing projects can be expensive and risky. Offshore options can create multiple problems – time zones, language, culture, accessibility – whilst suppliers closer to home may be expensive or simply not have the skills or experience required to undertake your projects. Our outsourcing services not only eliminate each of these challenges, but provide the best resources for the job by utilising the skills and experience available within our membership network.
