“Inspirational” and “thought provoking” were just two of the comments made by E2W members who attended the “super-charging your performance” event delivered by our fantastic coach Nikki Hinksman and kindly hosted by our partners at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
The interactive session and introduction to coaching included a couple of interactive exercises that created a buzz and a great discussion. The exercises got us all thinking about our career goals & aspirations and perhaps most importantly about our priorities and our hurdles.
