I would like to introduce myself: Angela Iraggi

Who am I?
For more than 10 years I built my career in the City within Asset Management and Investment Banking, specifically within Treasury and Fixed Income functions. I have experienced working in a small team when managing life, pension and unit trust funds, investing in fixed income, forex and sterling deposit markets. I supported the Treasury & Markets Director and team with all aspects of the Treasury function including cash and liquidity management, FX and interest rate risk, capital raising, regulatory change, debt investor and financial institution relationship management. I have had great exposure to both the buy and sell side of financial institutions and understand the full life cycle and risks of trading.
On a different career path, I worked as a Managing Consultant for Robert Half International, managing a team of finance and accounting recruitment specialists for mid-senior level opportunities, across a range of industry sectors.
A family and relocation outside of London provided me the time to consider my options. I sought a company that understood the challenges of balancing family life and career within the Financial Services arena.
Why E2W?
E2W are passionate about women and gender equality in the workplace. As am I. E2W not only understand the dilemmas of juggling family, work and career aspirations, but are challenging institutions to assess their working practices, development, retention and returner programs. Culture change is high on their agenda. And mine.
