E2W Brand Ambassadors
As a valued E2W member, we know you support our mission to increase the number of women working in senior roles in Financial Services, to help our clients achieve gender diversity and to shape the landscape for women working in this sector on a grand scale.
But like any mission, like any effort to achieve great change, we can’t do it alone. We need your help.
E2W Brand Ambassadors are critical to our success - they help us spread the word about gender diversity and can influence organisations to collaborate with E2W to make essential changes.
As a Brand Ambassador here’s how you could help:
- Actively promoting us by simply liking and sharing our LinkedIn/blog posts;
- Contributing to our blog posts by sharing your inspirational story, topical news articles you have seen, interesting and positive actions your firm is taking to increase gender diversity or other articles our members may be interested in reading;
- Introducing your female colleagues and network to us by inviting them to become a member and attend our events;
- Promoting us in your organisation by discussing E2W and the work we do - we would love you to recommend us;
- Help our recruitment team by identifying suitable candidates for open roles.
In return we will help and support you by:
- Raising your profile,
- Broadening your network,
- Giving you priority to attend our events,
- Assisting you in your job searches (if and when required).
