Women in Technology and Front Office, Executive Hiring Reinvented - E2W Select

Mark.Freed / 06 Feb 2018

In December 2017, E2W launched the ‘E2W Select’ programme, a programme designed to help our members at managing director level and above to explore, confidentially, new opportunities with financial institutions looking to recruit more women at a senior level.

  • Are you seeking a new role within the Front Office or Technology department?
  • Are you an industry leader who is keen to recruit more women?
  • We are eager to help you connect through the ‘E2W Select’ Programme.

We are pleased to share that we have had a great deal of success since December, in particular with women exploring Front Office roles in Investment Banks.  E2W clients are now actively meeting and discussing opportunities with people that they would not have met using traditional recruitment processes:

  • A structured finance expert and strategic business leader with 20 years experience in the UK and Europe.
  • A fixed income business development and sales professional with 20 years of experience working within financial institutions in London & Switzerland.
  • A Managing Director with a background in structuring and sales in equities, commodities, fixed income and foreign exchange derivatives.
  • An experienced executive leader and management consultant with more than 20 years of proven leadership experience designing and driving large strategic change initiatives across the Front Office.
  • An investment banker currently leading a pan-European specific sector coverage effort for a leading Investment Bank.

Following the successful launch we are now  looking to re-run the initiative for members at senior levels in technology and front office in either Investment banking or Investment management.

So, if  you are an industry leader who is keen to collect the gender dividend, or you are a senior women working in front office or technology and are keen to take your talents to an institution / team that is appreciative of your skills and welcomes diverse talent, please contact
