E2W’s coaching services allows you to articulate what you offer, encourage you to take on new challenges and give you a way to envision the ‘future you.’

While our community is a big part of E2W, we also provide our members with individual support. We want to help you develop your skills, so you can achieve your ambitions.
This can start with the exclusive member benefit of a introductory call, that will explore where you are right now and where you want to be in future. It means we can help you decide if coaching is right for you – and if it is, which programme is best suited to your current needs.
Meet our coaches, handpicked by us for our community.

My clients are frustrated by their inability to speak up or have the impact they know they can have. These extraordinary women are at a place where they leave work feeling stressed, unfulfilled, even anxious and may be considering leaving their firms or their fields altogether.

Brian Ballantyne – A Safe and Courageous Space
Brian is currently working towards his executive coaching qualification (ILM level 7) and certification (EMCC). Until Brian becomes certified, he is offering one-to-one coaching free of charge; all he asks in return is feedback on what worked well, and what could have been better, so he can improve. Brian is already coaching Directors and Managers on navigating a new corporate culture, onboarding successfully, moving to a new country, bouncing back after redundancy, and leading complex teams.
Having experienced coaching himself several times over the past decade, Brian deeply believes in the benefits of experiencing a safe (confidential and supportive) and courageous (challenging and exploratory) space, where you can speak your thoughts aloud with a thinking partner, who can share what they notice about your words, body language and energy, support you in exploring options, challenge any limiting beliefs, and hold you accountable on actions to learn and move forward.
Brian has over 20 years’ experience working in European and American tech corporations, across roles in Commercial Finance, Product / Program Management, Procurement, Marketing and HR. He is a co-founder of Men for Inclusion, sits on the board of Women in Digital Empowerment, and wrote a book Confessions of a Working Father, to encourage more men to lean-in as engaged caregivers. He is exploring coaching as a possible future career option, and to make him a better people leader.
