Developing Executive Presence
Have you ever noticed how some people grab your attention? It’s not only what they are saying, but there is something else too! The way they seem calm and in control. You may admire them for the way they present themselves, and think you couldn’t do it, as you’d a nervous wreck speaking in front of a room of people. Developing ‘Executive presence’ is not an exclusive attribute for the confident and extroverted. We can all develop skills to boost our own ‘presence’.
