Alpha Challengers Mentoring Scheme Episode 1: Top Tips for a successful mentor relationship
Thursday evening on 30th July 2020 E2W’s Alpha Challengers publicly launched their Mentoring programme.
Katie Dix Membership Engagement Leader with Sophie Simpson and Mihaela Breg, both on the E2W Alpha Challengers Advisory Board welcomed E2W Members and our guest speakers; E2W Mentors: Gill Lungley, Anna Genda, Angela Happell, Vivian Chan and Mentee Gaya Saravanabavan.
Our guests shared their experiences of being both Mentors and Mentees and gave examples of how mentors had helped them progress in and make important, sometimes difficult, decisions about their careers.
Now mentors for E2W Alpha Challengers, they are delighted to be giving back and helping the next generation of female talent to flourish and succeed.
