E2W have built and managed a community that provides career-long support for senior women in financial services. We know of over 5,000 women working in London and New York.  

A typical community member has had a +10-year career in Investment Banking and/or Asset Management or other complex financial markets. They are equally as likely to be pursuing careers in Front, Middle, Back office roles as they are to be SME’s in Risk, Compliance, Regulation or Business Change.  They are senior with salary expectations of above £70,000/year to £m packages. Some will be women returning to work after a career break, others will be looking for contract rather than permanent positions.
