I am Kerry Booth.
Who am I?
I am a REC qualified recruiter and HR professional. I have a wealth of combined Recruitment/HR experience predominantly within Financial Services, Media and Construction, working within talent acquisition and managing the full employment life cycle of employees. I focus on peoples long term careers and supporting them with challenges that arise along the way. Working with or on behalf of major clients, I pride myself on forming long term relationships. I succeed when supporting candidates to achieve their aspirations.
Why E2W?
Since joining E2W and seeing that their goals and approach align to mine is very exciting. We have recently signed a number of new and high profile accounts to our Talent Solutions including Barclays, Blackrock and UBS and successfully launched the E2W Membership Network. My prime responsibilities are to manage our senior and mid-tier permanent hire business. I work with our corporate clients, all of whom have committed to hiring more women, to understand their recruitment needs and gaps and help them to achieve a gender balanced shortlist by introducing them to appropriate female candidates from within our network and membership.
E2W is striving to introduce innovative ways to achieve recruitment needs and ensure that both the needs of the business and the candidates are met. It just makes sense!
