About Alpha Challengers:

Alpha Challengers are a sub-group of E2W members who embarked on their financial services careers about 5-10 years ago have started to climb the ladder of success and are ambitious and want to reach the top. They work together in a network of peers to help and support each other in areas such as personal development & industry knowledge. They are champions of diversity and will become tomorrow’s leaders.

About the sesison:

Saying “no” in order to say “yes”. Setting boundaries and clarifying priorities at work and home to maximise time, energy and efficacy.

Zoe Copley, executive coach, is joined by Joy Mpofu, in conversation about the ways we can get in our own way when it comes to managing time, energy and priorities. Exploring the downside of always being available and sought after to “get things done”, the discussion will highlight the value of pushing back on the things that can sap energy or which have limited impact. Participants will take away tips and hints on when to say “no” and how to divert time and energy to pursuits that are congruent with their goals, strengths and purpose.

Focussing on mindset and purpose, I draw on the tenets of positive psychology and transactional analysis, to help clients identify and play to their strengths. I work with clients to facilitate awareness of  the way they see and describe their roles and goals; thereby unlocking the clarity and confidence to plan for and embrace the future they seek.

My role is to enable clients to develop and own strategies and solutions that allow them to address both immediate and long term goals. Drawing on a background in legal, professional and financial services and many years working with clients to address communication challenges, I bring a passion for inclusive leadership, psychological safety and helping women unlock their full potential.
