Alpha Challengers are a sub-group of E2W members who embarked on their financial services careers about 5-10 years ago have started to climb the ladder of success and are ambitious and want to reach the top. They work together in a network of peers to help and support each other in areas such as personal development & industry knowledge. We are delighted to introduce our guest speaker: Ize Idemundia 

Ize Idemudia, Chief Operating Officer of International Legal and Global Investment Management Legal at Morgan Stanley will share her career journey and how she learned to find her voice in the workplace and in her career. Touching on being the 'only' in the room Ize will delve into what enabled her to stand out and take her seat at the table. 

Ize Idemudia is the Chief Operating Officer of International Legal and Global Investment Management Legal at Morgan Stanley. She is also Chair of Morgan Stanley’s African and Caribbean Business Alliance (ACBA).

Born in the U.S to Nigerian parents and raised in Austria and the U.K., Ize studied law and qualified as an attorney in New York. She has spent the last 15 years in legal and compliance roles in banking, previously with Goldman Sachs in New York and London.Ize has been an advocate for mentoring and sponsorship programmes, championed diversity and inclusion within the Banking industry and sought to increase representation of black and female talent. She is a member of the advisory board of Black Women in Asset Management (BWAM) and was recognised on the Powerlist2021 ‘Power in the City’ top 30 executive influencers in Finance, Law and Tech.
