OMS Senior / Lead Engineer

Essential:

•    Previous order management system or front office development experience
•    Expert knowledge of C# and .NET
•    Strong delivery focused approach
•    Strong SQL Server skills (T-SQL, query optimisation, performance tuning etc)
•    View stakeholder interaction as integral to successful delivery
•    A broad asset class knowledge base, in particular Fixed Income and Credit products
•    Experience with automated testing tools such as xUnit, MS Test, NUnit, Moq, Rhino Mocks, SpecFlow etc.
•    Experience with component-oriented server-side engineering, including WCF & REST APIs
•    Understanding of dependency injection and experience with one or more DI container
•    A proponent of collaborative software engineering techniques and methods: agile development, continuous integration, code review or pairing, unit testing, refactoring and related approaches

Advantageous:

•    Previous experience working with Charles River
•    Relevant Financial education qualifications (IMC, CAIA, CFA, CQF etc)
