- Management of a portfolio of clients – have a thorough understanding of client activities and investment risk appetite.
- Strong experience within Real Estate Origination and Syndication, with a particular focus on the UK market.
- Solid network within Real Estate.
- To have a strong understanding of how any product that is marketed works, and to understand the risk profiles of products that are marketed.
- Ensure that the risks are appropriately marketed to investors and to avoid potential ‘mis-selling’.
- Highly team orientated alongside, high levels of motivation and self-orientation.
