Have a break from the new normal – come and join us for a weekly virtual coffee. Every Wednesday from 12:00pm - 12:30pm.

As we are all adjusting to the new normal, come and join other members of the E2W community for a virtual chat, meet old and new friends and maintain a strong network. We are welcoming members and non-members to join.

The coffee will be hosted by the E2W team and our amazing coach Nikki Hinksman will be leading and facilitating the conversation.

This week our special guest is Marilyn Swinney on seeing differently to sow seeds that knows no bounds.

About Marilyn:

1. Marilyn Swinney, a CFA charterholder, has more than 17 years international experience within asset management across front office and distribution functions, working with Pensions, Insurance and other Financial Institutions.
2. She is severely visually impaired and was born and raised in Malaysia.  
3. She pushed boundaries pursuing Science and engineering subjects and was awarded a scholarship by the Malaysian government to study BSc Textile Technology and Management at UMIST /University of Manchester, UK.
4. An active champion for Diversity and Inclusion, she is particularly passionate about seeing more inclusion of “people of determination” (Disabilities & Neuroabilities) within the Financial Services sector, and has chaired a Disabilities Awareness Network and worked with charities including Blind in Business, VICTA and is a Business Ambassador for Ambitious for Autism.
5. She believes that everyone can learn how to see things differently with what resources they have and in so doing sows seeds that can push boundaries for not only themselves but also for the people they can invest in.
