As we are all adjusting to the new normal, come and join other members of the E2W community for a virtual chat, meet old and new friends and maintain a strong network. We are welcoming members and non-members to join.

The coffee will be hosted by the E2W team and our amazing coach Nikki Hinksman will be leading and facilitating the conversation.

As working from home continues to be the new normal, how important is it to continue to dress the part and dress professionally?

Joy Mpofu is a Director in the Regulatory Relations Group at Morgan Stanley, advising the firm on the UK regulators expectations on financial risk from climate change, sustainability and credit risk. 

Joy is also the founder of Rufaro Styling, a styling initiative focused on empowering corporate women through contemporary workwear whilst building a community of like-minded professionals.  As a businesswoman working in investment banking, she understands the nuances of the workplace and that how you present yourself can be a delicate dance. Rufaro Stylings mission is to provide the most personalised styling service available to help women achieve their goals both personally and professionally.

Joy also sits on the advisory board of E2W Alpha Challengers.
