BIO:

Dr. Alessandra Wall is an executive coach and part of E2W's coaching panel. Alessandra is a clinical psychologist who went from counseling people on how to manage anxiety and depression to coaching women and mentoring leaders to bridge the gap and build a world where women accessing the highest levels of success and power is so commonplace it doesn't need to be mentioned. She is based out of San Diego California, but coaches, mentors, and speaks internationally both on virtual platforms and in person.

"Great leadership allows companies and communities to thrive. The best kind of leaders inspire people to show up to work every single day and do their best. Great leadership is important in good times and essential when a crisis hits.

This course will present three critical skills every leader needs to practice in times of crisis and discuss how to respond to and manage stress in your team and in your life as a leader.
