For this week’s E2 Inspired series we welcome our special guest, Judith Lowe. 

Judith has over 30 years operational leadership experience within legal and financial services organisations. Judith joined Metro Bank in October 2013 as part of the Lending Operations leadership team. Stepping away from her Head of Loan Operations role in late 2017, she joined a system upgrade programme within the bank's Change function as business project manager and subject matter expert for lending. Judith is currently Lead Internal Audit Manager for Operations within the Metro's Internal Audit function.

An active and long-standing member of Metro Bank's Women on Work ("WOW") committee, Judith was appointed Chair in January 2021.

Please join Judith to share her experiences of leading the WOW network. She'll be talking about the topics and initiatives on the agenda; being a passionate member of Metro’s wider Inclusion committee and how she’s playing her part in maintaining Metro Bank's 'AMAZEING' culture .
