For this week’s E2 Inspired series we welcome our special guest, Joy Mpofu.

About the session:

Joy is the Co-founder & CEO of Flutter. Flutter is on a mission to empower women on their sexual wellbeing journey. Collaborating with health professionals, they are leveraging science and data to reduce pleasure inequality for women. They want to guide women on their own journey of self discovery.

Joy is a former VP at Morgan Stanley and has spent the past decade in investment banking before setting out to co-found her first business. Joy graduated from Exeter University with a degree in Law LLB (Hons). She has spent her whole career championing gender equality and building communities and mentorship schemes for young women and women of colour. 

Join Joy for a conversation about why she decided to leave investment banking to build her first business. The candid ups and downs of entrepreneurship and the exciting mission she is on at Flutter.
