For this week’s E2 Inspired series we welcome our special guest Deborah O'Sullivan.

Deborah O’Sullivan, Managing Director at Ten2Two, combines her deep knowledge of professional part-time recruitment and flexible working with broad business experience gained from a successful career of over 30 years in both corporate and small business environments. 

As co-founder of Ten2Two in 2007, Deborah sees on a daily basis the challenges and conflicts of wanting to pursue a career and be there for loved ones as well as the numerous benefits that forward-thinking businesses gain from adopting an open-minded approach to flexible and agile working.  She is passionate about changing the landscape of employment to make this the norm (and believes the pandemic has forced the first steps in this.)

Ten2Two specialises in part-time and flexible recruitment for professionals and flexible working consultancy including returner programmes.
