For this week’s E2 Inspired series we welcome our special guest Meike Bliebenicht

I am the Global Product Director for AllianceBernstein’s multi-asset strategies. Before joining AB in May 2020, I headed up the London based Multi-Asset Product Specialist team at HSBC Global Asset Management.

I am very passionate about equality and inclusion. As a member of the Diversity Project's steering committee I lead the DP's neurodiversity workstream, focussing on unlocking the amazing potential that divergent thinkers can bring to the table. Being the proud owner of an ADHD brain, I have experienced both the neurodiversity-friendly aspects and the shortcomings of our workplaces. My aim is to improve neuroinclusion to allow all brains to work at their best and achieve their full potential.

Neurodiversity – Diverse Minds at Work

Neurodiversity refers to the diversity of human brains, and considers differences of how our brains are "wired" as simply another natural variation in humans. It is often used to specifically cover autism, ADHD, dyslexia and dyspraxia, amongst others. It is estimated that around 15% of the world’s population is neurodivergent, and many individuals display very unique skills, ranging from creative thinking to process structuring. How can we access this amazing potential and remove the obstacles to successful neuroinclusion?

The session is targeted at anyone interested in learning more about neurodiversity, whether HR professionals, people managers or someone just interested in the topic.
