For this week’s E2 Inspired series we welcome our special guest, and E2W coach Kat Hutchings. 

About the session:

This session is ideal for leaders who are navigating a moment of change with their team. It could be new priorities, a change of system/ process, a restructure, transformation programme or culture change. All are going to require people to adapt and change their behaviour to maximise the benefits and outcomes of what you’re aiming to achieve. And behaviour change is hard!

Kat will share a leadership tool that helps you understand different ways to change your behaviour and the behaviour of others. We can then road test it as a group using live scenarios you bring to the call. Expect to hear some theory and then join an active conversation with peers.
