For this week’s E2 Inspired series we welcome our special guest Cressida Hamilton.
About Cressida:
Cressida is the CEO of Chryse Coaching and is a trained and experienced Coach with a specialism in Confidence and Professional Brand work. She helps women around the world build real and lasting confidence as well as helping them develop a powerful personal brand that they can communicate with impact.
Prior to creating Chryse Coaching, Cressida had a successful 26-year career in Financial Services and operated at Managing Director level for several years. She learned how to navigate a high pressure, predominantly male dominated environment successfully and by developing her own brand, succeeded in rising to the C-Suite level working for the Group COO and board at HSBC as the Chief Administration Office (CAO) in 2019.
About the Session:
The challenge of how to operate at senior levels whilst maintaining your own authenticity and what makes you you, is a very real one for today’s woman. Too ‘tough’ and you are considered ruthless, too ‘soft’ and you don’t have the gravitas required to be a senior leader. How do you get the balance right?
Come and join Cressida for a chat where she will talk through her experience of operating as a woman at senior levels in the corporate world. She will give real life examples of her experience watching other women who got the balance wrong and those who got it right and she will pass on the strategies and techniques that she has used to be successful.
