For this week’s E2 Inspired series we welcome our special guest, Annabel Brodie-Smith 

Annabel is the Communications Director for the Association of Investment Companies and has worked there for 23 years. She frequently comments in the media on the benefits of investment companies (often called  investment trusts) and investment issues. She is passionate about financial education and board diversity and is an Ambassador for Women on Boards and The Diversity Project. She lives in a busy household with two children, a long-suffering husband and her 84-year-old Mother.

She will talk about her career, the investment company industry and why more women should consider the role of non-executive director of an investment company. She will also explain how to find out more about becoming an investment company director.
