For this months E2 Inspire series we welcome our special guest, Rebecca Maxwell-Hyslop, Associate Partner of St. James’s Place Wealth Management. The event will be hosted by Mark Freed. 

Rebecca is currently on the St James's Place Academy programme and is working towards graduating as a fully qualified financial planner. Rebecca joined the academy in 2019, having been a client since 2010, she had a good understanding of the business and loved the idea of retraining to become a financial planner which combined her love of working with people and finance. 

Rebecca's previous career was in investment banking, where she worked as a sales trader, specialising in short duration fixed income products for corporate clients. At this time, Rebecca had 3 children aged; 10, 10 and 7 and was finding it increasingly difficult to juggle child care and her career. Flexible working seemed the most desiredable outcome, being able to work around her family and keep challenging herself.
