For this week’s E2 Healthier series we welcome our special guest, Subira Jones The Coporate Hippie.
If there were a pageant for burnout, The Corporate Hippie would have been crowned queen for four consecutive years, from completing her final year of university with her mum in a coma, to being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis early into her career as an investment analyst.
The Corporate Hippie, founder of MPWRD Consulting, is a corporate burnout prevention consultant and certified lifestyle coach on a mission to prevent an epidemic of burnt out professionals.
Over the last few years, The Corporate has worked with organisations across different industries, educating, empowering and equipping their professionals with the tools to “fireproof” their careers, whilst supporting organisations create a workplace culture preventative of burnout.
The Corporate Hippie has worked with clients such as Channel 4, Financial Times, Deloitte, Disney and Bank of London and the Middle East to name a few.
