What we'll discuss:

Menopause is a fact of female life. We will all have one, yet most of us arrive at this phase unaware and unprepared for how it might impact us, our relationships and our careers. There are a wide range of symptoms which can and do affect every aspect of our lives. With the increased focus on Menopause in the media more women than ever are approaching their employers for support. Awareness is the first step in empowering us as women, to seek support should we need it.

This talk will give you…

  • All you need to know about what the Menopause is and its potential impact
  • Why having a conversation about your Menopause at work is important
  • When to have a Menopause conversation at work
  • Asking for and getting support or adjustments at work.

I am happy to answer any questions on the subject, however I am not medically qualified and cannot discuss drugs or prescriptions.
