For this week’s E2 Healthier series we welcome our special guest, Kate Usher.

Kate is an experienced Coach and Change strategist with a specialism in Menopause, Diversity and Inclusion and Gender Equality. Menopause is an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and a Wellbeing issue. She works with organisations to increase awareness of this life phase, to recognise its pivotal impact on equality across its workforce and representation in senior and exec positions.

What we'll discuss:

Menopause is a fact of female life. We will all have one, yet most of us arrive at this phase unaware and unprepared for how it might impact us, our relationships and our careers. There are a wide range of symptoms which can and do affect every aspect of our lives. Awareness enables us as women, to seek support should we need it and maintain our relationships throughout this pivotal phase.

This talk will give you…

  • All you need to know about what the Menopause is and its potential impact
  • How it affects our relationships both at work and at home
  • When to have a Menopause conversation at work
  • Asking for and getting support or adjustments at work.

Kate is also the Author of the internationally published book ‘Your Second Phase – Reclaiming work and relationships during and after Menopause’

I am happy to answer any questions on the subject, however I am not medically qualified and cannot discuss drugs or prescriptions.
