For this week’s E2 Healthier series we welcome our special guest, Grace Edy. 

Grace is a Life and Leadership Coach, helping ambitious women in finance & financial services who are successful but who feel unfulfilled to live a life of balance and confidence. Grace has spent almost ten years working internationally as a chartered accountant within the financial services industry. Over time, she realised that the favourite part of her day was when she was supporting others to navigate through their challenges whether it be in their personal or professional lives. Grace took this new insight and used it to pivot into coaching, becoming a certified professional coach and the founder of The Work, Life and Leadership Coaching. Grace’s dream is to empower women to live the life of their dreams unapologetically.
