Whilst there are many benefits to working remotely, it also comes with challenges. Given that these current circumstances are not something we chose or can control, we have to figure out how we work with it. This online workshop will create a space for you to learn from other E2W members and to explore some top tips for staying confidently visible in this virtual world.

In this virtual world how do you re-create the water cooler moment, the speaking up in a team meeting, the lunch or regular one-to-one with the boss?  

In this virtual world how do you manage and motivate your team?  How do you ensure you continue to support, reward and recognise your whole team in an inclusive way in this completely new environment?
