Nolly is a Risk Analyst at Legal & General Capital, who engages with various stakeholders to monitor and control their risk activities. She previously worked across several operational teams in asset and wealth management, where she learnt to solve problems and adapt in dynamic work environments. She is passionate about diversity and has volunteered for multiple committees and boards that support professional and entrepreneurial women. She has lived in Africa and Europe and attributes this to her ability to relate and work with a very diverse range of people.
