I have enjoyed a really diverse career, travelling the world with my roles and experiencing many different working environments (6 cities, 5 countries across 3 continents).
I have over 13 years of experience within financial services with a proven track record of operating in highly complex and regulated environments at a global level (such as JP Morgan New York & London, State Street Bank, Canada Life and The European Commission in Brussels). During this time, I gained significant expertise in developing global risk and compliance programmes and embedding a sustainable compliance culture in business strategic initiatives.
I continued to keep a look-out for new players in the financial innovation space and more recently I decided to embark on a new journey within a start-up environment, acting more in an advisory capacity and combining industry expertise with financial-technology solutions. I also had the honour to become a co-author of The PayTech Book published in January 2020, the first globally crowd-sourced book focusing on the future of finance and payments revolution.
As a member of the Alpha Challengers Advisory Board I look forward to working with E2W and its network, to help and support more ambitious women who are on the way to becoming industry leaders within financial services.
